Shipping & Delivery

METHOD

Depending on where you are in the world, we choose the most prompt and economic delivery service.

For metropolitan deliveries we use choose to use Sendle. 

For regional areas of Australia we choose to use Australia's largest shipping service, Australia Post. 

 

COST

Free shipping on all order over $100. All orders under $100 will be subject to a $10 flat rate fee. 

 

TIME

Australian Standard - Both Sendle and Australia Post advise that shipping should take 2-5 business days for delivery of package. 

Australian Express - Express shipping can be 1-2 depending on the city you are ordering from. 

International - Please contact us directly for information regarding international shipping as time can vary depending on where you are ordering from. 

*Please allow up to a week in holiday seasons. 

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been sent, you will receive either a Sendle of Australia Post tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.
